We celebrated Black History Month with pride.

We are learning about chickens, eggs and hatching chicken eggs. We candled our eggs and observed life in a least four eggs. We should have chicks any time.
Parkview Adventist Academy’s 7th to 12th graders experience a unique and memorable Literacy Day. Books and warm beverages take center stage, turning the classroom into a cozy café. The book sampling event featured gourmet hot chocolate set up like a coffeehouse.
Students were invited to “taste” different books browsing through a curated selection, much like patrons perusing a café menu. This creative approach to engaging students with literature allowed them to explore genres and authors they may not have encountered before.
The setting of soft lighting, steaming cups of hot chocolate, and cozy seating areas helped foster a welcoming environment that encouraged open discussion about the books, further enhancing the literary experience.
