In Teachers we Trust: The Finnish Way to World-Class Schools, 2021

Based on the trust-based system of education in Finland, the authors present ways in which teachers and school leaders can develop teacher-powered education systems. Seven key principles for building a culture of trust in schools are suggested:

·       Educate teachers to think

·       Mentor the next generation

·       Free within a framework

·       Cultivate responsible learners

·       Play as a team

·       Share the leadership

·       Trust the process
