Jane Yolen’s writing appeals to all ages. She has published more than 400 books that include picture books, poetry, and chapter books. Her list of awards is long, including a Caldecott Medal, Christopher Medal, Nebula Awards, Jewish Book Award and many more. As a child she loved to write, sing, play piano and studied ballet.
