Bandura identified a behavior among educators that involved a shared belief in their combined ability to influence student outcomes; he noted such a belief led to higher levels of academic achievement.  Bandura named this pattern in behavior as “collective efficacy.”  The authors have applied the concept to leaders, teachers, and students, identifying key drivers for achieving efficacy within and among these groups.
